Due to the number of recent no-shows and how that impacts us a business we have now implemented a £15 charge for Discovery Calls which upon check-in will be exchanged for a £20 Cwtches Dog Voucher to redeem against any of our services* *Terms apply

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a site member or have purchased a package/series of sessions, you can manage your appointments in your account under 'My Bookings'
